All the foods we prepare are considered "live" because they are in their most natural form and have not been heated above 115 degrees. This means optimal flavor and nutrient value because the vitamins and proteins have not been degraded.

*We will not reopen at 69 Church Street. We are currently still determining if there is a location in Willimantic compatible with our needs. We are not currently doing catering though we intend to have a potluck at the end of July and are still pursuing venues to retail our products.  Thank you for your patience!*
