March 25th – Food Tasting at the Willimantic Food Co-op on Thursday November 19th from 4pm - 6pm. Using local fresh ingredients available at the Co-op we will create a dish that shoppers can taste and learn how to make at home.
March 31st – Integrative Health lecture at Windham Hospital. 7-9pm. Several speakers will discuss topics related to health, nutrition and local foods. Marie Rittweger, nutrition advocate and owner of Café Live will discuss exactly what raw and live foods are, their nutritional benefits and how to incorporate more into your life.
Cafe Live is located at 69 Church Street. We also base our delivery and catering operation at the same location. Onsite takeaway or dine-in service are available as well as delivery and catering.
We offer free local delivery to our customers (minimum $15). Our delivery range includes ECSU and UCONN residences as well as areas in between.
Delivery charges vary for customers outside our local delivery area. Call for details.
